Anyone who knows anything about personal statements, or has good anal-retentive grammar/wording skills; I NEED YOUR HELP!
I am rewriting my personal statement for dental school and need to get it in soon. It's too personal to just post on a public blog, so if you'd like to read it and offer your helpful services, just leave a comment with your name and email addy and I'll send it your way. ok, email it to me. I volunteer. I am pretty damn good at grammar. I am the one who proofreads everything here (at work) before it goes out.
oh, and I prefer chocolate chip cookies to fudge
I'm freaky anal about grammar, and I'm told my personal statement for grad school apps was quite good. If you bring a copy to EC with you this weekend, I'd be happy to look it over then if you'd like.
No fudge necessary, just directions to your house from I-94, as I am apt to get lost trying to find it!
Ok I'm rewriting the whole thing altogether, so it may take me a short while to get back to the three of you who requested copies. I do very much appreciate your helpfulness!

The long awaited sending will come sometime before the weekend is up, I'm commenting this on my future bro-in-law's computer, so I can't email it to you from here. I ended up not rewriting it, based on what the head of admissions at Marquette dental school said it should contain, so I just need help on the tweaking stuff and you all are so wonderful in helping me with that :o)
